I was amazed by the beautiful design of the hotel, from the exquisite rooms to the stunning spa areas. The location was ideal, with spectacular views over the canal and easy access to many attractions. The spa treatments were top-notch, providing a truly relaxing experience. The staff went above and beyond to make my daughter's 18th birthday special, arranging a cake and even playing "Happy Birthday" during dinner. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in St. Petersburg.

The hotel is located in a historical building in the very centre, close to the Engineers Castle and other attractions. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the square. the staff is warm, welcoming, and helpful, providing great tips and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. the breakfast offers delicious options, and the service is attentive.

Some guests have mentioned that the WiFi can be shaky and slow at times.
